1. Submit original document 10th, 12th, All Degree Marksheets, Degree and Final Year Marksheet, Proforma I, CET & CAT score card, Transference / Leaving Certificate, category certificate (sc / st etc.) with two attested photocopies . Four colour passport size photograph.

1.   Filled forms from students at the time of admission.

1. Eligibility forms and fees- for other than Mumbai University students (MMS) and attach two attested photocopies of 10th marksheet, Board certificate, 12th marksheet, Board certificate, all degree marksheets, degree or provisional certificate, category certificate (sc/st etc.), Work experience certificate, CET & CAT score card. Fees Rs. 220 /- by cash for Home University (within Maharashtra University eg. Pune, Nagpur, Nashik etc. Not for Mumbai University) and fees Rs. 320 /- by cash for OMU (outside Maharashtra University eg. Patna, Delhi, Ranchi etc.) Registration forms and fees- attach two attested photocopies of Final year degree marksheet, degree or provisional certificate, CET & CAT score card. Fees Rs. 825 /- by cash.
2. University Enrollment forms 
3. Verification of document forms- attach two attested photocopies of Final year degree marksheet, degree or provisionally certificate. Students personally submit this form to their respective Graduation University.
4. Migration Certificate- students personally apply for migration certificate to their respective University, that time required college Transference certificate / Leaving certificate.

Those students who are Mumbai University (Done Graduation from University of Mumbai)
1. Submit original document 10th, 12th, Final year Degree Marksheet, Degree or Passing certificate, Proforma I, CET & CAT score card, Category certificate (SC / ST etc.) Transference / Leaving Certificate with two attested photocopies. Four colour passport size photograph.

2.   Fill forms from students at the time of admission.
 
a.   Registration forms and fees- for all students (MMS) and attach two attested photocopies of Final year degree marksheet, degree or provisional certificate, CET or CAT score card. Fees Rs. 825 /- by cash.

1. For Open Category Students: Two Demand drafts of Rs.53,000/- and Rs.16,000/- drawn in favour of DIRECTOR, SIMSREE payable at Mumbai.

2. For Reserved Category Students: A Demand draft of Rs.2,000/- drawn in favour of DIRECTOR, SIMSREE payable at Mumbai.
