Master's Degree in Marketing Management
 

The programme covers all the related areas of marketing including public sector marketing. It seeks to develop and integrate the top management perspective which is necessary for a marketing executive to move into top level general management positions. Candidates seeking admission to this programme must have practical experience in any of the following related areas: Marketing Planning, Sales Management, Market Research, Distribution, Public Relations, Advertising, Export Marketing and Applied Economics.

Admission: Eligibility and Selection Criteria
To be considered eligible for admission to the Part–Time degree courses, every candidate must have:

  • Passed a Bachelors degree examination in any faculty & acquired a minimum Two years work experience at the Executive/Supervisory level after graduation.
  • He/She should appear for the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) conducted by the institute.

                                                          
In selecting the candidate for admission, weightage will be given to

  • Scholastic record of the candidate
  • Level and the nature of Work Experience
  • Performance in the selection programme conducted by the institute

Applicants are required to submit the following certificates for verification at the time of payment of fees:

  • Certified True Copy of Mark Sheet of Bachelor’s Degree Examination
  • Certified True Copy of any other University Degree and/or Professional Diploma if any
  • Certified True Copy of Work Experience (if the work experience is in more than one company, a separate work experience certificate signed by the employer stating clearly the nature of work experience is to be submitted)

Rs. 51,000 /- per year (Subject to revision)
